This web app was with no hesitation the most difficult product I have built so far.
After years on designing mobile apps, come back on desktop application was challenging. The standard have changed so much over the years and make sure this app can be read and used on any devices was the most challenging requirement.
Not only this, it was a long time I had not working for the entreprise space, and he took me a little while to understand the professional customers workflow... What they need? How they work at the office?
This project required a lot of attention to details in term of design and a lot of technical skills to be able to implement different Login API such as Citrix GoToMeeting, Google Calendar, Microsoft Exchange or Office 365.
We could never be able to achieve this project without working on agile environment and communicating all the time about the daily objectives.
At the end, this product is unique on a market and bring a great value for busy employees who are always in back to back meetings.
The first feedback indicate that we captured the employees workflow in the right way thanks to the integration of their favorite business tools and almost everyone so far seems to use the product instinctively.
